“Teaching is not a lost art, but the regard for it is a lost tradition.”
― Jacques Barzun

Having been teaching more than 25 of these years, I have come to understand one thing, good teaching changes people, and people being the children, are the true architects of the future, we at sungrace believe in this and do our best each and every day to give good teaching to our kids, so that there is a beautiful future ahead of us.

Dayavathi S. Pillai,

Principal, Sungrace High School.

“In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn.”
― Phil Collins

I started teaching at the age of 20, going on till now I always tell my peers and fellow teachers that, we shouldn't teach the way we were taught at our times in school, beacuse now in the present 2019, times have changed, the behavior, attitudes, grasping power of each child has changed. We need to adapt to it.

A child spends at an average 6 hours in a day at school, that is close to 50% of the 12 hours he is awake, so a school should have the best possible environment that a child can grow in, and at home the child spends the rest of his time, therefore it s also the duty of the parents at home to inculcate the same Discipline and Habits taught at school.

The kids of today are our future of tomorrow, we should all focus our efforts to grow the capabilities of our kids, now and forever.

Prabhavathi S. Pillai,

Principal, Sungrace Primary School.
